MY STORY
I believe that in our darkest hours, there is potential for the strongest light.
A Serendipitous Encounter with Life Coaching
My journey into life coaching began unexpectedly. I was at a crossroads in many areas of my own life. It was during that time that my sister, recognizing my lack of technological savvy (she referred to me as a “technological dinosaur”) suggested and proceeded to help me sign up for Instagram.
Opening Instagram for the very first time, a story popped up on a series of women who had gone through a life coaching program. Skeptical at first, I read the testimonials from people who had felt just as stuck as I did.
Their stories of transformation struck a chord with me. They had taken bold leaps, gained confidence, and honored their true desires. It inspired me to think, "That’s great, but this isn’t for me."
A few days later, I found myself writing an email to that coach, saying, “I’m afraid to do this, but I am more afraid to never try.”
That moment of courage set me on a path of self-discovery and growth.

WHY I BECAME A COACH
After my own transformative experience with life coaching, I knew I wanted to help others rediscover themselves.
I recognized a gap for strong, capable women and men to have a space where they could delve deep, challenge their limiting beliefs, and realign with their true aspirations.
This realization led me to pursue training with Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coach Training program, equipping me with the skills to guide others through meaningful and impactful transformations.
My goal is to empower my clients to not just survive, but thrive, and live the awesome, vibrant lives they’ve always dreamed of — fulfilling and authentically theirs.

Turning Pain into Possibility
One of the most profound and life-altering experiences of my life was the birth and shortly thereafter, loss of our first child, Emma.
Welcoming Emma into our lives and then her passing so soon after birth broke me open in ways I never could have imagined.
It deepened my compassion, understanding, and empathy—making me acutely aware of the scars and traumas that shape each of us and that we all carry.
Emma’s life and our short time with her continues to fuel me forward to help others turn their pain into possibility—to explore the question, “What can I do with this?”
When we can ask and explore this question, I have come to learn that in the midst of incredible darkness, we can find the potential for the strongest light.
