  • Expect to be deeply listened to, encouraged, and asked thought-provoking questions that help you clarify your thoughts, goals, and desires. I believe in every person’s innate power, wisdom, and integrity. Coaching with me is about creating a space of complete trust, confidence, and support in order to help you reach and achieve what you desire.

  • If you are navigating change or wanting to make a change in your life, personally or professionally, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, underwhelmed, if there is an area of your life you yearn to develop or change, coaching provides a wonderful space in which to grow. It is a space where you are whole heartedly listened to and challenged to discover patterns, thoughts, beliefs that may be holding you back from reaching your full and desired potential. Life coaching is also a space for self-discovery and becoming more attuned to your innate wisdom and knowledge so you can be your best and strongest advocate.

  • Absolutely. All coaching sessions are confidential.

  • First, congratulate yourself on taking a courageous step forward in your life. Bravo! I also encourage all of my clients to know their “why”. Why are you seeking coaching? Your answer to that question serves as a guidepost for you on your coaching journey. Lastly, get ready to be heard, seen, challenged, and supported. I’m looking forward to working with you!

  • Each coaching session is 60 minutes long.

  • Life coaching can help with a variety of experiences including but not limited to: interpersonal relationships, stress management, goal setting, career and/or life transitions, growing communication skills, self awareness and empowerment, breaking down mental roadblocks to achieving goals, changing negative thought patterns, developing effective leadership, becoming attuned to your own needs and voicing them.

  • Our minds are at the epicenter of our being - the stronger we are mentally, the stronger we are in countless other aspects of life. Life coaching is mindset focused. Our thoughts impact our beliefs, our beliefs impact our actions and our actions directly impact our results. The more attuned we are to our thoughts, the more aware, focused, and centered we are to meet the challenges and achieve goals that we set in life. Life coaching seeks to empower the client and for them to become the most vibrant, fulfilled, and mindset-strong person they can be.
